Bradford Rohmer is Founding Partner at Syntesia, a policy analysis and strategy consultancy based in Italy. With two decades in the field, Bradford has extensive experience advising the EU institutions as well as national governments, international organizations and private clients. In all cases, his aim is to provide evidence that helps clients do their jobs better. He specializes in evaluation and impact assessment and the related economic and social research methodologies, and has a long track record of studies in the fields of taxation – particularly VAT – customs, sustainable development and tourism. Bradford studied economics and European studies, and ended up in Paris by way of London, Stockholm and Brussels.
