91st HOTREC General Assembly

The HOTREC General Assembly is a high-level gathering specifically organized for the members and official representatives of HOTREC, the umbrella association representing the hospitality industry in Europe. This includes national associations of hotels, restaurants, cafés, and similar establishments from across the continent. The Assembly provides a platform for these stakeholders to discuss strategic issues, exchange best practices, coordinate industry advocacy efforts, and shape collective positions on policies affecting the European hospitality sector.

HOTREC organises two General Assemblies each year. The General Assembly serves as HOTREC’s highest decision-making body, gathering representatives from all member associations to:

• • • Review and approve applications for membership and observer status.
    • Conduct elections for the HOTREC President and other members of the Executive Committee.
    • Endorse the annual accounts and establish the budget.
    • Amend the association’s statutes and by-laws.
    • Adopt HOTREC’s position papers.
